$5Here is our schedule of events for the day:
9am – Show up time – Registration and Waiver confirmation
9:30am – Cold Water Safety Briefing – Lee Warnaca Instructor
10am – Instructions of OC6 Huli Recovery – step by step instructions and what to expect for the day
10:30am – Clubs and paddlers are divided up to go through 3 stations
1) OC6 Huli Recovery 2) OC1 Huli Recovery 3) Float Test
12:30pm – Huli Recovery Coaches will summarize and evaluate what they noticed and what we can learn from these practices.
1pm – Event ends – everyone out of pool
